Lower Back Love | Yoga For Back Pain

Join me for this 27-minute Yoga For Low Back practice! In this session we address all areas that contribute to low back aches and pain, as well as provide preventative care, culminating in the ultimate low back love practice!

Flexibility, core stability, healthy alignment, and conscious breathing are all necessary for a healthy back. Practice actively engaging the core for support and then give some love to that lower back with the use of gentle spinal flexions, extensions and twists.

Take some time to tend to your body with care, awareness and mindfulness.

  1. Your dog is so adorable I was slightly distracted by him at first 😂 I enjoyed this and afterwards my back feels great although after knee surgery in March I struggle to cross my legs but will keep practicing and hopefully restore my flexibility 🥰

Now, 5 days, 1 massage and about 10 of Adriene's lower back yoga videos later, it's already feeling so much better.
