  5. Just my speed. I’m dealing with some nausea etc and this was a good video to help me. Being mindful of my breath-helps so much. Your voice is soothing and thank you for reminding us we aren’t alone. I always feel stronger knowing other women have their experiences too. I’m tearing up just thinking about it all right now! Phew! Guess this helped me relieve some tension too!

  7. This was perfect! Exactly what I needed to calmly center myself after being out of practice for a while. Just a few weeks pregnant here and this was gentle enough to get through with no strain and mindful, deep breathing all the way through! Thank you so much!
