Just my speed. I’m dealing with some nausea etc and this was a good video to help me. Being mindful of my breath-helps so much. Your voice is soothing and thank you for reminding us we aren’t alone. I always feel stronger knowing other women have their experiences too. I’m tearing up just thinking about it all right now! Phew! Guess this helped me relieve some tension too!
