  1. Hi, I have been doing this for a few days in the morning with some exercise in the afternoon and proper diet..
    day 1 : I did it but then my thighs were hurting
    Day 2 : I skipped
    Day 3 : I did the yoga ( skipping squats )
    Day 4 : I did everything without skipping
    Day 5 : I did it in the morning and again in the afternoon because i loved it

  2. Hey I loved this session but I don't know why I felt I'll faint anytime and felt like vomiting n headache.. as I have cervical.. I dint get why I felt that please help coz I really want to do it daily..also I did it in the evening..
