  2. Thank you so much for your free videos! I worked out with you 4-5 times per week starting from about 7 weeks until giving birth. This was my favorite routine that even took away my chronic neck pain that I had already had before pregnancy. Now I'm back to this routine 7 weeks postpartum and it still feels so good 😊 I had an unmedicated natural birth that only took 6 hours. It hurt a lot, but my body was strong and prepared – thanks to your workouts I think 😊

    Could you please make a postpartum pilates routine for mums who carry their babies a lot and who need to strengthen the muscles in their shoulders, neck and upper back in order to avoid pain? Yoga is nice but it's not enough for me, I'm already hyperflexible but really need to build up those muscles 😊
