Whatever your reason for being here – welcome, yogis, to my 20 minute yoga practice designed to bring relief & release to the low back! Let’s be real, we all sit too damn much & our backs need a break. I do recommend the following props to show your back some love here, but they are definitely not required: a bolster or big pillow & a block or similar object.   1. This gentle practice was so deeply soothing, especially with the supported Legs Up The Wall. I'm not currently experiencing low back pain (I was using this class for preventative purposes), but that tip you shared about how to get onto your back when you're experiencing pain was so valuable!

  3. I’ve been in moderate low back pain the past three days. This was incredibly helpful. The pose with the block was extremely helpful and I felt almost instant release. Thank you for this wonderful practice sequence!

  4. Wow. thank you! This helped me so much. I've been doing yoga for years and all of a sudden had some back pain. I was trying other yoga videos, but nothing helped. But the gentle slow poses that you provided here did wonders. This is my second day in a row.
