1. Deep Breathing – Inhale and 3 simple breathing techniques to be practiced during pregnancy.
1. Deep Breathing – Inhale and exhale deeply through your nose. Practice for 3 rounds(2 minutes each with break for 1minute in between rounds)
2. Equal Breathing – Inhale for 4 counts, Exhale for 4 counts Practice for 3 rounds ( 2 minutes each with break for 1 minute in between rounds) Counts can differ according to one’s capacity
3. Relaxed Breathing – Deep inhalation through nose, Deep exhalation through mouth. Practice 2 rounds (1minute each)

*Note: These breathing techniques can be done during labour pains too to release all the fear, anxiety and pain.
