  2. I've been in the emergency vet clinic for my cat a collective 14 hours the last few days (my cat is doing better) and those hard benches in the room have completely destroyed my lower back. This helped a little before I get a massage later today so that you! (And I'm sure my massage therapist would thank you too 🤣)

Already we are starting to have a positive healing effect. We are using a video of yours for neck and shoulder pain as well. Today we were being stronger having better balance and coordination.   7. My bone scan says there was increased uptake over the T10-L3 favoring the DJD/OA changes. 😢 I’m suffering with lower back pain since October 2023. Till today I’m unable to bend forward or do the squat. Someone please advise me can I follow this sequence to recover? Thank you 🙏🏼😔

  8. My dog waits for me while I do yoga. She knows when you end music starts that I am finished. Because this video is older, it doesn't have the music at the end. She was so confused as to why my yoga session wasn't finished like normal. It was funny!

  9. Hey, Adriene. Quick question. I've been using this routine before golf. It's wonderful. If I did it twice, would I get improved results? Four times? Is there a point of diminishing returns or a place where I could reverse the benefits? How much is too much?

  10. No matter how many times I do this video I can't do the roll up to sitting with my legs crossed. I can do it when they're not crossed, but not the way you do it in this video. Any tips? Thank you, I've been enjoying these practices every morning for several years now.
