Hello and welcome! Join me for a mindful breathwork and movement class to help you ground, reconnect with your body, and calm your nervous system when you’re experiencing an anxiety attack.

This flow focuses on deep breathing, synchronizing our movement with our breath, and heart-opening stretches to break out of the suffocating chest tightness that often accompanies anxiety.

  2. I had a panic attack and I immediately turned on this video. From the first minutes during the breathing exercises everything came out and I started crying. And during the practice I realized the reason for it, why I felt so bad. Contact with your body is very important. Thanks to your yoga I realized that my anxiety lives in my chest and when I do cobra I start to sob even more and all the anxiety comes out of me. Thank you for your videos.

  3. For some of these exercises you need calf muscles like stone and an incredible sense of balance. Definitely not one for beginners. Just watched this one for future reference so I can do them when I'm fitter. I'm amazed how perfect your body looks- curvy in all the right places. Is it just genetics or the yoga?My problem is that most of what I take in calories goes right onto my belly, nowhere else. How do you get such legs, arms and buttocks??
