  1. Ok update! I just googled it- I am no longer ignorant to this!! I feel like I need to rid my body of negative energy and I wanna try this! Right now I’m nursing a swollen tendinitis knee for about a week and a half but once that’s better I’ll wait a week

    This is the first time I’ve heard of the 108! I’m gonna come back and let you know when I do it! Maybe you will realize it or maybe you don’t read your comments! I am not good at that So I understand but still I will check back and say I did it

  2. Is 108 meaning 108 rounds? I started doing yoga but I was doing surya namaskar before I knew what that was! My teacher had it in her videos And my new one does still I enjoy when it’s just that tho if I’m honest on a short on time day- it’s too late to do a full 40-55 morning I enjoy 15 minutes

  3. It's not optimal and not advised anywhere in yogasutra to do 108 surya namaskar. The main benefit of each pose comes from holding for 20-30 sec in each pose. What you are doing is plain simple stupid.

  4. It will cause more harm then good…..The breath in every step chamges so is your focus and body positioning…In long run it will be really harmful if any of these this is done how they should have been done
