  1. If you have ever been in a bad mood and then the weather outside literally changes, that's Yoga with Adriene. I don't know Adriene personally, and I also don't have a concept of sunlight as something tangible. And yet, there is something pleasant in your life all of a sudden, and it can only be called radiant energy.

  2. My knees are really tight can we do the crosss legs instead…I’m talking about sitting on pillow part I can do child’s pose….maybe I should try it on my bolster??

  3. Went to bed grieving and dreading death and sleep for years and finally my body broke down! Panic attack after panic attacks! Never again will I ever go to sleep with a distressed mind! Tomorrow I have an exam but my health is MORE IMPORTANT than everything else!
    Here’s to making positive changes that’s available at hand for now.🎉
