Foster understanding and nurture the process of healing through the practice of forgiveness. This session can support one suffering from anxiety, depression, stress, disappointment, and heartbreak. Our mindful yoga practices can provide us with the powerful tools to learn how to safely work in discomfort, gain control, find empowerment, healing, and growth.

In addition to movement, we take time for contemplation to foster awareness around the power of learning to forgive ourselves and others.

  1. Daily or regular practice cannot only help us learn how to exist and survive inside the journey of process, but it can guide us to do so in a way in which we feel like we are working for ourselves, rather than against.

    How are you feeling after today's Forgiveness practice?

  2. Oh man. My girlfriend of 10 years just cheated on me. I've had a lot of negative feelings brewing in me, both towards the situation and towards myself. This practice really allowed me to set that aside for a moment and gain the clarity I needed to soften my views on her and myself. Thank you so much for everything you do Adrienne.

  3. Today this practice rescued me from being stuck on my phone. Not having any physical obligations today, it was hard to get started. I sat on my yoga mat for probably more than an hour, just scrolling on my phone. Yoga is so freeing. And I am so amazed by how joyous and sing-ful this practice became today! The emotion that came out wasn't tears, as I think it probably has been multiple times to this practice before, but it was laughter and song and joy. Thank you for helping me create this space of intention and freedom and love ❤

  4. Rekindle Day 11: this was an emotional practice. I found myself saying I forgive you, you deserve better. I feel like I’ve been constantly denied, pushed away and ignored this week and it really take a toll on me mentally. The only thing I know I can do is continue to show up for myself. Thank you Adriene for helping me every step of the way. Namaste 🙏🏽

I started Rekindle after a while of not practicing due to getting sick early 2024, it made me feel really guilty to give up on yoga and take so long to set up a regular practice again after I recovered. Now more than ever I couldn't be more grateful for yoga, for Adriene and for this entire community! Today I could finally extend both an arm and leg out feeling really strong and focused, it actually made me a little sad to transition to the next pose… Only a little though 😸I truly haven't felt this good in months, it's wonderful how regular practice can change so much in such little time! Once again, thank you so much Adriene, and I hope the future allows me to keep practicing with you and everybody watching for a long long time ♥

  6. The last time I did this practice was in July right after my darling cat passed away and I felt very very guilty about it (I still do sometimes) and this yoga saved me. It kept me sane. It made me cry really hard but also gave me something to focus on so I wouldn't fall apart. Thank you so much, Adriene. My forgiveness is a journey as well.

  9. Rekindle day 11; wonderful practice for me today as I have been struggling lately to forgive someone in my life. It’s still a work in progress, but I hope to reach a point where I can forgive and move on with my life ❤️
