  2. That felt like a clumsy attempt to create flow. Impossible to change positions as fast as you run through them. I think it would have been great had you slowed down and eradicated the Chit Chat.

  3. 8.11.24 Happened upon this video today and did it based on the reviews. Had been doing longer sequences prior to this. I like that this flow is shorter but still “packs a punch”. Got a nice sweat in and feel rejuvenated. Will be doing it more frequently. Thanks Jess!

  4. Omg she moves like a Swan, amazing flexibility and that too with so much grace, she makes it look like a cake walk; just wish that those moaning noise could be deleted; it's damn irrelevant and irritating

  5. The instructor is quite good but one of the classmate was trying to be part of the scene. Her moaning and word expression while moving is not necessary. Keep it to yourself lady!
