Today is day 5 of the First Trimester Pregnancy Workout Challenge! We are doing a 20 minute pregnancy yoga for first trimester. I have provided safe modifications for second and third trimester as well. I hope you get some relief from this first trimester prenatal yoga.

  1. Why so deep stretches in first trimester, i spoke to many yoga instructors to join yoga. They recommend to wait till 12weeks . Im confused. (Considering everything is going normal) .Im scared to do such deep stretches and malasna (yoga pose) being in first trimester
