As with all physical activity, Yoga included, it is important to listen to your body at all times and never exceed the sensation of just a light stretch. If you feel pain or extreme discomfort do not do the yoga pose, movement or stretch and come to something that feels better for you.
Always consult your doctor about any physical activity.

  1. I love your channel and I usually adore the music you have in the background. In this one though I wished there was a usual calming music, this one felt bit stressful for some reason 🙁

  2. Thank you for your work, kindness and all the videos. Most of them helped me during my sleepless times and I believe the slow flow, respect and love you put into your work helped me (among other things) to find the path from darkness. <3

  3. This was so perfect and intentional. Thats one reason why I love practicing with you because you really allow moments of deep reflection for your students. You do not talk too much which can be distracting. Love ya bird <3
