I began Yoga to lose weight and heal my back. When I began, I had either bulging or herniated discs throughout my whole thoracic spine.

After the first year I lost 110lbs and my pain went away. After the second year, I got a new MRI which showed only 2 bulging discs, but no pain.

With consistent practice, the natural healing qualities of Yoga can produce amazing results.

This is a fully seated class focused on building heat in the body. I shot it 3 times due to technical difficulties:) so I did build up a sweat 😅

Really listen to your body as you practice, connect with it through your breath and movement and be patient with yourself. Lasting, healthy results come over time with consistency🤸‍♂️

  1. Thank you for this. I’m about two weeks in on a new yoga journey after knee surgery so I’m happy to find a challenging routine with a chair to support me while I rebuild my strength
