  1. This video was amazing. I already had knee pain that's been driving me crazy, but I think it has calmed down a little. My rheumatologist said it looks like I might have bursitis on both knees, but my problems have mostly been coming from my hips. I have had constant hip pain and I could feel these exercises also strengthening my hips a bit. Thank you so much for this video. Other knee videos I have tried actually have made my knee pain worst. They do harder things, like warriors and standing positions and I'm like…. uh no I need something gentle and this was it! Gentle, yet still strengthening. This definitely felt like something a physical therapist would suggest. I always love your videos!

  2. 😮😮😮This actually worked! I was so scared because I thought I’d be in pain the whole bit, but instead I was smiling in amazement and 😮‍💨 relief 🥲 THANKS JOELLE. You’re a miracle worker!!!!

  3. I really loved this! It's well explained, I had no trouble following it, your voice is soothing, but you also encourage us. I've been having problems and I just wanted to try out your video for a bit and I found myself doing it all. I'm really grateful for how you've constructed this video for us and I'm looking forward to seeing more! ❤

  4. The only one that was too much for my sore knee today was toe stand, which I normally enjoy. Hopefully my knee will feel beetar tomorrow. Thank you for the video!

  5. Thank you Joelle for such an amazing and healing practice! I have been doing your classes weekly and find them to be so beneficial. Do you have any classes to help with plantar fasciitis foot pain by any chance? Thank you again!

  6. So, i don't know what came into my head and i did like 200 jumping jacks ( im overweight) and my left knee injured

I searched for knee pain yoga and did this once for 2 days. And I'm seriously relieved with pain.

I'm still working out daily, only doing upper body and abs…

  7. This is my first time doing yoga on my own in a very long time. I used to do yoga in the Morning before school. It was something that used to play early morning on t.v. Thank you for sharing these videos.

  8. Dear Joelle.

This one has helped my knees SO much! Thank you 🙏 I do still struggle with a muscle though. It runs from the right side of my big toe and to a specific point at my inner knee and hurts a lot. Furthermore, and on its way it gives me a horrible cramp in the toe. I cannot figure out which muscle it is and therefore what to do about it. Can you help me?
Thank you so much in advance Joelle, and thank you for being here with all your wonderful practices 🙏❤

    All the best to you,
    Saga Corinth Due
