I’m new to yoga @jessicarichburg why is it immediately after doing this do I see like a mental image of pros and cons in my life, like one side I see things I shouldn’t do, places I shouldn’t be and people I shouldn’t talk to, and the other side I see the opposite but a lot of the negatives I don’t want to let go off., is that a result of the yoga maybe mental clarity?
