Your yin yoga routines have helped me so much with hip bursitis so thought I'd try this routine for back pain after my accupuncturist told me I have a tight lower back. I have a lot of osteoporosis related back pain, and this practice felt wonderful! Very soothing and relaxing. I did it in bed for the evening.👌🌙✨

I do love Yin yoga. I do it every now and than but more on period-days. I like your yogasessions a lot.
First time I did one of these for low back pain and my back doesn't feel worse.♥️
Most are poses I do all the time, but holding them that long is something else. Particularly low lunge, was starting to become uncomfortable. I will come back to this one I think.

That Baby Dragon pose was a killer today! I can do a low lunge in flow, but I had to come out of it several times today. I guess that means I need to keep working at it until I can ease my mind & body into it. Thank you for another great practice <3

In the thread the needle pose, how far should the shoulders be twisting across the midline of the body? I had a hard time finding a position that didn’t put a lot of pressure on my neck.
