  2. Your yin yoga routines have helped me so much with hip bursitis so thought I'd try this routine for back pain after my accupuncturist told me I have a tight lower back. She said that can contribute to hip pain. It was a challenge but I will keep working on it. Thank you for your clear instructions. I really like your channel Joelle.

  5. That Baby Dragon pose was a killer today! I can do a low lunge in flow, but I had to come out of it several times today. I guess that means I need to keep working at it until I can ease my mind & body into it. Thank you for another great practice <3
