  1. So wait I have to do that forever because we truly fit people know that it's a lifestyle change right 😂. I'm not doing that every single night or day intensely forever nope 😂. Find a smaller accomplishable routine and stick with it don't kill yourself everyday to stay fit that isn't healthy it's a little unhealthy

    There was unfortunately no difference, I did lose 3 pound but I don’t know if that’s just because I stoped eating so much.

  4. Im gonna try this every day just for fun
    Day1: complete it was kinda hard but I’m really like weak and droopy, for each one I did 3x 20
    Day2: complete I’m sore but worked and pushed through had more energy and did 3×20 sets
    Day 3: I went to the gym for fun and did the bicycle thing and arms
    Day 4: rest day
    Day5 : had no motivation 😭
    Day 6: complete did it 3 sets of 20 again for each and did 45 Russian twists
    Day 7:

  5. I wanna try this but idk how to keep it consistent and how many of each I need to do per day,Also do I need diet for this or not.I really wanna achieve this because it will give me my confidence and I hope this helps me bring back my self confidence.

    Edit : guys it is very hard, l recommended you to do it.
    Always remember finally loosing 2 kgs by doing this along with 10k walking steps .

    Day 1 :no difference hurts but not that bad!

    Day 2 : hurts more but no difference

    Day:1 whole belly was hurting I did it 20 times
    Day:2 Legs started burning a little bit I feel some tensing in my legs and stomach just a little
