This chair yoga class will guide you through gentle movement and breathwork to help relieve anxiety and depression. Movement is so important and vital not only for our physical health, but for our emotional health as well.

Jan will guide you through gentle stretches, toning and a guided meditation all done with the assistance of a chair.
