Welcome to today’s video! This is my third trimester pregnancy stretch routine and the prenatal stretches that I have been absolutely loving recently to help my achey 3rd trimester body. Anyone else get soooo achey in the third trimester or is it just me?! Anyway I really hope you enjoy this video!   2. The fact that you state to go your own pace, really reminds me that I don’t have to mirror the instructor. Some videos are too fast and I can’t even get into position before they move on. Your transitions are easy from 1 move to the other. The cartwheel stretch was my fav!! 1st time here and I will be back- probably tomorrow. 😊 Thank you, Thank you!!
