I have birth trauma. Should i just start from week1? This one then go from there??
This was absolutely incredible. At first I was so anxious I wasn’t sure if I wanted to continue only a couple minutes in. But as the time passed, I felt the relaxation come over me more and more. I felt so at peace throughout a lot of this. I have very high cortisol levels and just recently got into Yoga. This was just what I needed and more. It was so soothing, I could almost fall asleep during it! Haha. Thank you so much.

The continual reassurances that this was my yoga, my choice, my decision, were so helpful and I feel so much more rested and relaxed. It will be great if you can talk less. Sometimes we don’t need ppl tell us what to feel and how to feel. You might be a caretaker but pls stop talking except instructions and allow ppl to be adults. Thank you for your videos
I have been practicing yoga for more than 10 years (on and off) but I never felt like I really 'understood' it until I took your classes. It was always more about exercising or moving through asanas. For the first time now, I have the space to really feel into my body and emotions. So happy I found you, Hanna, your classes are such a gem! 🙂
