  1. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
Initially I was paying $34+ monthly for programs when there was an even better FREE plan here! Just started my 3rd trimester today (first pregnancy😅) and what better way to begin than with you!😊

Ps. Don’t listen to the negativity—I (and countless others) love it when you’re dog and kids are in your videos.❤️

  2. Ashley, I love your prenatal program! I have been doing it the whole way and am currently 31 weeks. What week are you at when you did this video? Just want to know when I should start eating prunes/drinking raspberry and nettle tea! Thank you so much for all the wonderful work you do for us moms out there! We really appreciate it! @glowbodypt

  3. I know this was added two years ago but thank you! I am pregnant with my first and haven't been sleeping well because of how tight my hips back and neck is. In one session I definitely feel a difference. Thank you!

  4. I'm 41 years old. Before I had two miscarriage and this is my third pregnancy. I'm running 31 weeks now. Ma'am, I just want to ask whether it will be safe for me to follow this stretching exercise for me now?

  5. Hi Ashley! When I do the side lying stretches at the end where your leg is up in the air, I find that the hips and glutes of my opposite leg cramp up. Do you have any recommendations for this? I guess I should probably be including this routine a couple times a week 🙂
