  1. My lower back pain just started randomly 4 months ago
    It starts hurting when I do certain things or after I have excersised
    I'm only 20 years old I get regular excersise, I gym, and yet I feel 40 years old
    It's also my knees that are weak and hurt when I sqaut
    I notice I have lost all of my flexibility from 2 years ago when I was in high school
    I used to be super flexible now I'm not

    Doing these stretches did make me feel better tho so I'll do them every day from now I'm but it's insane how fast my body got fucked for no reason

  3. I developed lower arthritis in my spine and hips a year ago. So painful it would wake me from my sleep. I've been doing this routine for a year. Almost a little pain at times, but all I have to do is stretch and wow I'm better. No pain meds at all. I am so grateful, sending you Blessings.

  4. People who wonder if it works??? Yes it does work!! Believe me these strechs helped me a lot. I could stand and run with my two inches long heels for at least 5 hours. I didn't feel a thing.. neither had any pain in my legs the next day!!
