  1. Lovely workout but not for beginners in any way. I dont think you quite appreciate how out of shape a beginner might be! I would suggest when working out a true beginner workout strap a pillow round your middle and maybe some ankle and wrist weights then try.

  2. I think your level of “beginner” is …uh…not typical for most of your new viewers. You’ve had time to work up to your level and I was able to do most of the poses since I’m in relatively decent shape…so it may be easy for you, . But Most people watching can’t hold a plank as a beginner let alone squat in a pose like that.

    I’d just be more mindful, because if people are struggling this much to where they can’t even complete it, then how is that remotely the point? How is it relaxing for them? It borders on discouraging.

  3. Just tried this for the 1st time…only got to 14.5 mins before I had to take a breather 😮 I am JUST starting my yoga journey🧘‍♀️ and can't wait to get to the point where I can finish the whole video without a break! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and beautiful hometown with us!
