I did this and it felt great but the next day my jaw and underneath in my lymph nodes are sore and swollen, more so on the left side. Is this normal?

Ive been following you for quite some time now. I've been more consistent for the last few months. I am really seeing the results now especially in my chin and neck. My cheeks aren't showing much just yet but then again I'm in my early 60s. I've been using your fusion serum I can see it lightening my skin where I have a hyperpigmintaion from I suspect sun damage. I love these videos….in my case, due to taking lithium, a psych medication, I noticed my face aging a lot recently. I recently got jowls, and lines everywhere, because the medication dries everything out. Even though I’m on a very healthy plant-based diet and exercise a lot, people often think I’m older than I am (58). Any suggestions for improving this type of dehydration, and perhaps loss of collagen, due to a med? I did try ordering your fusion product, but wasn’t able to complete the purchase on the website. can you or someone please explain how strengthening the muscles that create the static lines , ie marionettes around mouth, helps instead of makes them worse? strengthening the cheek muscles that create them, even if you're holding the skin during the exercise, would make those muscles create the lines moreso since they are now stronger, no? please help me understand this! thank you

Hey Danielle, i have a lot of a space between my teeth like gaps and it hurts when i do the exercises with the lips pressing on the front teeth. Do you have suggestion what I could do to prevent the pain? Thank you Danielle
When doing the "O" exercise does your double chin accentuate worse until it starts working? I can't tell on you because you don't have a double chin. I want to make sure I am doing it correctly. Thank you
You're really on top of things, Danielle. One thing that Carole Maggio surprisingly never clued into in her decades of teaching was that some facial exercises crease other parts of the face. And all you need to do is counteract that with very simple techniques, as you so well do. I love the inclusion of energy work and mindfulness as well. I have one of your courses and I sometimes do the sessions at night because they end in such a relaxing way.
