Too fast can’t keep up

I got chills when you mentioned cleft lip and palate and chloroid plexus cyst among other things as they may have spotted that on my babies ultrasound among other things and I don’t have a scan with MFM for over 3 weeks… I hope your baby is thriving, it is so scary. I have previous losses for abnormalities so that weighs on me also. This practice helped me so much, God Bless you and your family 💗

positions are changing every few seconds no relax time. Not so good for stress release if you do not hold poses. Also volume is hard to hear.

This was lovely. Did this practice at 40 weeks + 5 days. Have been feeling anxious about being past my due date with an induction looming, and needed a way to get out of my head and try to just relax and enjoy these last few peaceful days before getting to meet my baby. thank you for all you do. i beleive following your yoga practices daily has helped me have an easy , pain free healthy pregnancy. i am 7 months pregnant and my morning always starts with your yoga and it makes me feel grounded and focused for the rest of the day. also giving me that 20 min of me time before i tackle the daily routine. thank you so much for helping so many mummas out there.
