  1. I have been having really crippling anxiety these last few months and I was fully sobbing during this routine. There is something so cathartic and healing about just checking in with myself and giving myself space to just be. Thank you for this.

  2. your yoga videos have gotten me through severe stress for several years now. from the bottom of my heart, thank you <3 could you possibly do a yoga routine specifically for OCD and/or panic attacks?

  3. @YogawithBird I was looking for something that's nice n light n easy that doesn't break a sweat as my bedtime routine. I do heavy weight training for 90 minutes 4 days a week and walk 10k steps a day 6 days a week so this is perfect and imI love that it doesn't bend my body up like a pretzel. Nice and fluid and body feels great afterwards🎉🎉🎉🎉 THANK YOU!!!

  4. I am fairly young and was recently put on medication for heart problems. I've been grieving and having a hard time adjusting to life as someone with a fragile heart. During the session I've felt the best I've been in a hot second. This helped me calm myself down and just let out emotion. So thank you ❤
