I wanted to say that this morning I was looking at my phone feeling so alone and wishing that someone would call or text, got a notification email and thought it was just some sale advertisement, but it was yours. It may sound stupid but with you and your wonderful spirit I do not feel so lonely, and I feel very special after this practice. This really brought me out of a dark place tonight.   2. This is so good. Thank you so much for making this video, it was really helpful for me. Its been 2 years since i feel like i can fall off anytime and feel hopeless, but nowadays its unbearable and i feel i am genuinely depressed. But after doing these simple yet healing exercises i feel so much better my whole chest is opened up which was feeling so stiff, feels so refreshing. God bless you!

  4. this is not a depression routine. asking someone in a real depressive bout to smile, jump, think of something they’re grateful for, leads me to believe you don’t have experience with serious depression sorry adrienne

  5. I don't know what is going on with me today but I was feeling sad all day and decided to take your lesson. While following your yoga, I had tears I don't know why. I just let my tears run and focused on breathing and stretching, all the sensations. My body and heart feel so much better now. I can't appreciate your calm energy and Guru Bengie!
