6.2.2024: The music was quite loud and distracting. The pace was a bit too fast too. Nice amount of stretch and strength, but not for total beginners I would say.

Love these videos. I only had an issue with hearing your voice/directions. The music was overpowering your voice when you did talk
I found this today after searching for yoga for lower back and hips, as I've been doing a ton of heavy yard work lately, and this morning I felt sooooo stiff and sore. This practice was absolutely exactly what I needed, I felt so amazing afterwards! I was ready to tackle the yard again 😁
