  1. Thank you!!! I agree that it was on the quick side , the movement wasn t to complicated. that makes it Perfect for me. Doing a Flow more Than just once is helpful as well….and I loved the apparecne of your Child ❤

  2. Personally just not for me. It just felt like yoga's version of a mountain climbers. It felt like that was the focus. It was also too fast paced, I had to keep stopping to figure out what to do. I'm sure this is a great work out for many, just not my style personally
