  2. Whenever I have bad PMS, feel really low or stuck or like my body is really sluggish I do this and it works. I even get my boyfriend to do it if he is down and it works quite well for him too. Thank you Jen. xx

  5. Lady! I'm a senior and I'm double jointed BUT these days my joints are stiff and sore more often than not. However! This one here WAS a workout for my back. I must admit when I start to feel better, I tend to slack off and I get a little busy BUT soon I'm back on the yoga mat doing my stretches again. Seens this yoga is going to be my routine indefinitely. Thank You
