  1. I have been following your chanel for a while now, ever since I started having anxiety and panick attacks at the end of last year. Today after a severe panick attack at work I finally found the courage to write this post. I am very grateful for this and all of the other videos and your channel, it gives me peace when I need it and the practises and meditation really help me. So thank you gain Caitlin.
