Combined with breathing and relaxation, this simple video can be your companion not only in the times when you have back pain but also when you want to prevent it.
No prior experience of yoga is required.

You can practice on the floor (ideal and recommended) or on the bed if the floor is not a possibility.
While using the practices suggested in the video, please remember to take small steps, and also not to do anything more than what your current capacity allows you.
Practice on an empty stomach, and do not hurry the practice.
Avoid anything that feels strenuous.

Excellent session. I am having low back pain and this flow gave good relaxation to the low back.
Since there is no background music, all cues were audible and I could do it without looking g at the screen. 🙏🏼
