  1. Thank you so much for this practice Adriene🙏🏼 I’m recovering from a knee injury this is my third week and this practice helped me reconnect with my body, listen to it and be grateful for how amazing it is. Youre the best!!

  2. I'm a 69 year old woman who a year ago was doing yoga 4 times a week. I felt great. Almost a year ago I fell and injured my head causing me to have vertigo then I fell again and caused a compression fracture in my back. I've been in a back brace for 10 weeks. I finally got the go ahead to start yoga. I did this practice for the first time this morning and at the end I cried with tears of joy. Thank you so much for making yoga available to those of us that have limited mobility. ❤

  3. i had hand surgery a month ago and I was feeling sorry for myself around the fact that it will be a few months at least before i can return to the mat…my PT suggested I try chair yoga and its been so helpful for both body and spirit. thanks adriene!

  4. I'm so out of shape and having heart issues. Having been a very active yogi, physical crap came along and got me sedentary. This was a good intro back into yoga without back and foot pain. Thank you!! You have something for EVERYONE!!!!!!!!
