  1. Hi, I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome during my pregnancy (started around 33 week and continues, now 35). Everyday I am doing your exercises for carpal tunnel syndrome and three times a week I am doing this video. Could you recommend me another video with yoga/pilates safe for pregnancy carpal tunnel from your channel so that I have something different to do 🙂
Btw, you are doing an amazing job, I am working out with your channel from the beginning of my pregnancy. Thank you!

  2. This was so calming. I'd just had one of my obsessional thinking anxiety moments whilst preggers and though I didn't join in – it really calmed my nerves. I'll be doing this one later tonight when the day is done. Do you recommend doing yoga in the morning or evening?

  3. Thank you for this video! I feel so relaxed, calm and happy after this yoga session. I’m 13weeks and just started to feel a better and with more energy so I will be starting yoga for the rest of my pregnancy, and hopefully afterwards. Definitely subscribing

  4. Loved this little class! I’m 31 weeks pregnant and I haven’t done any yoga at all this pregnancy, oops…this class/video made me feel so good and stretched out. My favorite thing about pregnancy is watching my body do cool things like…grow a baby! Women’s bodies are badass lol. I love the movements the baby is making – I’m definitely going to miss that. Can’t wait to find more prenatal classes from you. Thank you so much!

  5. I was not very active for the past couple of weeks because I had a scare moment and had to stay put. Now I am at week 18 and I have just started doing yoga with you, it is hard a bit but I enjoy it so much. Thank you for the soothing words, music and pace, I relaxed and feel better emotionally.

  6. Really wanted to continue doing normal yoga flows but read that they may not be as safe during pregnancy and that i should look into prenatal yoga. Never knew that was a thing, but I can definitely appreciate this practice and thank you for being so connected to the prego mamas. Good flow (:

  7. Doing one pregnancy pilates and one pregnancy yoga video a week alongside my cardio turbos. I am in my 14th week ans find your videos so calming and easy to follow. Thank you and please keep making more.

  8. This video was great as I am starting to struggle with back pain, sciatica and really bad fluid retention in my feet and legs that makes it hard to move around. Are there any good yoga positions to help fluid retention and edema in feet? Thank you!

  9. Really enjoyed this video since I started with carpal tunnel around 2 weeks a go, wrists and fingers have been hurting; I knew I saw a video of yours that mentions no downward dog but it took me ages to find again lol. Anyway 33 weeks pregnant now and found this routine relaxing.

  10. I have been following your pregnancy yoga since my 2nd trimester, feel so good after practice 😀👍I'm 31 weeks now and looking forward some yoga poses to turn baby's head down, can you please make some videos about it 😘😘

  11. Thank you so much! This is my first yoga class since I stop doing sports 2 years ago 😉 I really enjoyed it! Your teaching is great and your voice is so calming 💐 I am now 19 weeks and one thing I like during pregnancy is I learned how to listen to my body, how to read and interpret the signs and signals my body sending to me. So the mind-body connection has strengthened during pregnancy.

  12. Hello, thank you so much for your videos. I’m still in the first trimester and I’ve found all these exercises really great for coping with all the not so good things that come
along. Looking forward to doing more!
What I like about pregnancy is knowing that a life is being created inside me and it’s a very nice feeling. Thank you!

  13. Thank you for these videos. I'm 22 weeks along and started doing yoga with you at 18 weeks. These really help start my day on a positive note, not to mention my body is not as tight as it was a few weeks ago!

  14. I am doing one yoga class a day for the last 1,5 month with you, I usually try various ones although I have my favourites already! I just wanted to say thank you so much for the videos you are uploading, they really are very very helpful to us preggo ladies here:) You are so easy to listen and your yoga programmes are so well made. Thank you again – I will keep watching your videos until the delivery and definitely beyond.
