This is a quick yoga stretch to help you relieve tension and discomfort in your lower back. All poses are done laying on the back and seated, so the yoga mat is not required, you can also practice on a carpet or towel.
Note: this video is not meant to treat any injuries or diseases that cause lower back pain but rather help to ease the general pain/discomfort in the lower back caused for example by sitting/exercising too much.   1. I felt it way more in my thighs, but that may just be me not being flexible enough right now. Alot of Football/soccer has taken its torn.
    But I enjoyed the video and will try more to see if it improves
