  1. I didn’t realize it was intermediate until after I finished. When I heard you say to lift up from bridge I laughed and thought I can’t possibly do that. But then somehow I did it! I felt so proud and accomplished. I love your open and refreshing atmosphere. I’ve started practicing regularly thanks to your videos. ❤️
