can we do this routine repeatedly every day? If so, how many times per day?
I just can’t 😭😭😭😭.had a child for the past 8 years. I have never been at the gym and now that I want to start yoga, my body is not flexible. I just felt so much pain trying to do this Simple exercise😭

Thank you for the detailed instructions, I been looking into yoga and many other channels that say are for beginners start with harder poses and instructions are not good for beginners, they are more for someone with some yoga experience. Loved this video thank you !! ❤
