  2. This is the second day I'm doing this before going into work. I'm a forklift operator so I sit for long hours in a pretty uncomfortable position because you have to slouch and bend and what not while moving large objects to make sure you don't crash into things. Anyhow last night I felt great and my butt wasn't totally killing me getting all right sitting down. So thank you I'll definitely continue this and see how it goes.
