  1. This is a wonderful routine to help me relax before bed. I’m 31 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby. My first one was “sunny side up”. I’m really hoping to get my 2nd baby in an optimal position for birth. Thanks for your videos 🙂

  2. Hi I am from India, and all your pregnancy yoga videos are poorly shot and planned. In yoga you never have relaxations between 2 poses, blunder number1, you do these streches according to your non pregnant body without thinking of the streching capability of a pregnant woman, blunder number 2, then you stay in the poses too long without directing viewers every time to relax if they want to. So many blunders you are making while showing yoga. Biggest blunder is when you do a pose the camera never adjusts to the side which you are practising on neither you adjust yourself for the camera, so you speak only 2 words about the side pose and start doing, viewer do not know what you are doing, that too the first time. Its all very confusing, exhausting for the pregnant woman.

  3. Hi Jessica. I tried this class today (which I very much enjoyed) because I am 29 weeks pregnant with twins and I found out yesterday that they are both now in the breeched position. Originally twin A was breeched but twin B was head down, twin b just flipped back up and now I'm really trying to encourage at the very least twin A to flip so I can give birth vaginally. This is my third pregnancy and I've never had to get a c-section, in fact a gave birth to my second baby at home with a midwife. If you have any guidance to help me flip these twins it would be greatly appreciated! 💜

  4. Hi! I followed your video to a t and bounced/ rolled on the ball regularly. I was a first time mom. I went into labor naturally on my due date. I labored for 5 hours and only pushed for 8 minutes. I definitely think you helped me with this video!

  5. Tried this at 39weeks for the first time and I had a hard time doing even the first moves. I get tired easily. Didn't finish it coz I was just crying that I can't do this for my baby.

  6. Thank you so much!!! 37+2 days I've been doing this particular yoga from 35 weeks. I didn't really exercise earlier due to low lying placenta. Happy to say my baby's head is engaged, I'm 2 cm dilate and effaced. As a first time mom this is great news. I've been eating dates since 20 weeks, started yoga, walks and red raspberry leaf tea at 35 weeks. Everything definitely contributes to good findings at the pelvic exam. Oh, and I do 5 squats everytime I use the bathroom.

  7. Dear Jessica,
I've continuously done this workout in my last trimester without any single break. When I used to do this workout, I read the comment section a lot. I used to dream someday I too will have a normal vaginal birth and then I'll come here thanking you for coming up with these relaxing and refreshing exercise sessions.

Things didn’t go as planned. I had a stillborn baby five days ago and I had to deliver her through the C-section method. But my body has healed a lot faster I guess due to these workouts.

So, still a big thanks to you. I'll surely come back to these workouts next time I have a baby.

  8. Hi ,Exercises are good but I keep feeling that at 37 weeks 36 years old with my first baby , she keeps coming back to heads-up position . I don’t have any other problem apart from anterior placenta . I wish having a normal vaginal delivery .
I am really confused and live in Uk can’t have access to OBS all the time . If someone can help
    Thanks

  9. I loved this routine. This is my first pregnancy and I though I am very excited I am also a bit worried now that the time i coming closer, hoping that everything will be okay. Doing yoga really helps me smile and find my own strength both physically and emotionally. Unfortunately my yoga studio only offers pregnancy yoga once a week, so I complement it with your videos during the rest of the week. I am very happy I found your channel. Thank you Jessica!

  10. Greetings from France! I did this video while being 3 days past my due date, a couple of days before being induced, with no sign of spontaneous labour in sight and the baby still high… after the practice in the evening I had an incredible feeling of ease and opening in my pelvis and whole body, the next morning my water broke and I gave birth 24hrs later!! So a big MERCI for sharing this sequence!
