  1. Thank you, Adriene. Feeling out of whack through some transitions and this meditation helped me recognize part of why I’m feeling as I do. Had a good therapeutic cry and I’m ready to be present in my day with family.

  2. I always struggle with meditation. I just cannot relax and focus on it. Tonight I did it in bed with my two doggies sleeping beside me and found myself teary eyed. I'm not sure why, nothing bad/stressful has happened to me lately. I just think my brain could finally take a break for a few minutes and react to it like that. I feel like this is the first time it actually worked for me❤

  5. Since finding this lovely young lady a short while ago, maybe, just over a week ago, daily I listen to and or participate in her practices. My favorites are the bedtime videos and I do them each night before bed. This one I just did with my pups Rocky and Adrienne 🐾 I love her pup Benji ❤

  6. Been playing catch up this month with daily yoga. This practice was next one the list. I have been super anxious lately and thought a meditation would help. But it made me more anxious. I’m trying my best to keep it together and show up daily. Thank you Adriene

  7. There was a time I would not have been able to do this. First my back would have hurt sitting up like that for that long. Second my mind would have been going and I would have felt like it was forever.
    I really appreciated the opportunity to be still and rest.
