  1. Another superb class Joelle! Would you be able to do a Yin video focused on Abdominal recovery…gentle stretch and strength…suffered a grade 2 abdominal strain and recovery has been tough….

  3. Thanks for this Joelle! This year I’ve been dealing with long term knee and shoulder pain. Not able to do the practices to the usual degree I could in the past. Hopefully, I’ll find a good physiotherapist who can finally help me 🙂
