    Even though they are not good for hernia patients.

    They are good if you don’t have a hernia. And doing these prior to hernia may have saved you prior to hernia. Not after. 😢

  5. Request Ventuno Yoga to clarify. From what I understand, a person with Hernia should not do the poses like The Ustrasana and Dhanurasana you are demonstrating as they will worsen the situation.

Myself Yog Sevak Anirudh Yadav I got hernia 1st September 2001 indunil hernia reversible so I made one guruji they will suggest me 7 types of asanas some pranayama nd diet so today I care my hernia absolutely 100% reverse I do start again nauli kriya. But not these aashna helping in hernia mein isliye Kah Raha Hun Ki mein swayam harniya se pidit tha
