  1. Cookie! I got your back! Yoga can serve you- if you are open! Lets start with the foundations series coupled with this video 2-3 times a week plus a walk or dance or jog if you can fit it in. Give it time and know that your thoughts and words also have a big effect on the body! We can do this!!! Love, A

  2. I love that your dog is a part of your videos. My beautiful Pearl used to love being on the mat with me. Sometimes I would open my eyes during a relaxing sequence and find her curled up at my side. My girl passed in February at the age of 15, and I have been heartbroken since, I have made a point of continuing my exercise to help me get out of the funk her loss has left me in. Sometimes during a particularly relaxing time in your videos, I still feel her presence curled up next to me. I notice your dog is a blue heeler. Pearl was part blue heeler and the most beautiful girl ever. Thank you for your videos, they help me in many ways.

  3. I've made it my mission to go through some of Adriene's older videos and these yoga for weightloss ones have been amazing! Thank you Adriene for providing this free resource, loving guidance, and buckets and buckets of sweat 🤣

  4. Happy 10 year anniversary …with the voice out of the background and an appearance from Blue, which made it a shock initially, but so sweet to see a rare appearance of 💙 🐶. Lots of love and greetings from the Opal coast in France.

  5. It's April 2024. I haven't done this video in at least 7 years. I did not remember that Blue made an appearance, and what a sweet one. I almost teared up because I remember a few interviews with Adriene where she mentioned how, unlike Benji, Blue wasn't really allowed to be in the videos as much, and how hard it was when he passed😢 so seeing him here overwhelmed me with joy and love. Blue will never be forgotten by so many of us around the world ❤

  6. I laughed a few times, love the levity – specific moments like “if your legs are straight here great, if not who cares” lol and the simba comparison was right up my alley. I felt challenged and will continue!

  7. 2024 is here and this was the first time in 4 years of yoga with Adriene that I’ve heard a male voice and nearly jumped off the mat. That was a challenging hour but always worth it at the end.

  8. Wow! That may be the hardest yoga practice I’ve ever done. Great workout. Super proud of myself for getting through the whole thing!

2024 YWA journey is transformative already!! Pumped to see it though the whole year!!

  9. I was got being scared to open this video of 1 hour.. But when I started it just my body became more stronger and finished it completely. Thank you Ma'am for this Intermediate yoga Series and I am enjoying it in 2024..

  10. I love this practice — but can it be revamped a little bit to be less instruction and more flow? I started doing yoga back in November with your videos — I have a bunch bookmarked — and I do them every day .. I feel stronger and just better overall. so thank you Adriene 🙂

  11. Hi @yogawithadriene, thank you so much for your continued output of such loving and inspiring content. I'm currently aiming for 20 mins a day and I can already feel myself transformed mentally and physically. My question for you is: do you have any advice on what I could do to help with a cramp I always get in my foot when I do tops of feet to the mat? Unfortunately it happens most times and I've started to try and massage regularly but any moves or further advice would be amazing! Thank you!

  12. That was such a juicy, energising practice! I thought I would be much more sweatier by the end of it, but I guess that means I'm getting stronger and more efficient?

  13. The explanations of the positions are too long and we lose the momentum. The filming is also really annoying, just leave the camera on a stand please, sometimes we don’t even see the pose because there’s a zoom on her face. I stopped in the middle because i was annoyed.

  14. While this was a good flow with very clear directions, I was craving something faster for someone who is already familiar with these poses and require less instruction.
