    Aur mai junk bhot khaati thi but jab se maine sirf ghr ka khaana shuru kiya h baaki prblms to thik h like no pimples and no hairfall aur weight gain to pahle bhi nhi tha but periods regular nhi hote 6 mahino mai 1 baar hote h
    Doc se bhi consult kiya h

So now I'm writing this to ensure all the girls out there who are worrying about their menses let me tell you thesr yogas are magic like I have done this exercises for 1min each/day and the second day I got my period at 10:40pm after doing these for two days in afternoon like I was crying cuz my period was late almost 10 days and on 11th day I got it just because of this🙂 I would highly recommend these to do if you're late and this will surely help🌜
