-The perfect morning pose. This one, I love to do in the morning when I want to wake myself up or when I get a little bit stressed out. It releases all that tension we build up inside of us. Powerful pose!

  1. I feel like my smile is flat and it's lost its character. It's really frustrating because people think something's wrong when I'm normally smiling. Hope these help to release the tension!

  2. Most of these poses are also commonly used in physical therapy. I have trigeminal neuralgia on both sides of my face and top and bottom of jaw due to chronic shingles and these exercise are really helping loosen the muscles in my face and neck and calming the clenching jaw and associated pain. I look like I had a facelift as a result. Thank you!
