  2. This video is exactly what I needed. Been battling a bad lower back for 20 years. Despite regular exercise and being in good shape. I do forget to focus on these critical steps for my back. Great demonstrations on how to properly do the exercises.

  3. three years ago, this video opened my eyes. after suffering from lower back pain for months and being told tons of bullshit by "doctors"; I said to myself to just take better care of my body. And started with this video. I saw your body being in such a fantastic shape and was thrilled.
Today, I m working out 4 times a week, seeing significant changes on my body, understood how important the right nutrition is – it´s simply amazing. Thank you so much for inspiring me. You're a hell of a guy.

  4. Yep, sit ups is not for everyone. Especially not for me.. had to learn this hard way. After couple sets of sit ups, my back was killing me, can't bend for almost a week, followed by recovery, now i become very careful with my excercise

  5. I have very bad lower back pain. I was about number 6 rep on the hollow body crunch, then bam pain, both arms just smashed the floor without me telling them to. Guess I wasn't ready for that. I wonder if it pop something back in though.

  6. love your videos- thank you. Very knowledgeable. But I do have a question that maybe you can help me with. I had a back problem many years ago that nobody except one person was able to cure me. I have been great for over 6 years. (I am 67) I went back to him recently with a slight tightness in my left lower back region and he did the same treatment he always did only a bit more rigidly. Long story short- he set me back quite a bit, After breaking up the adhesions I had for many years or exercising by doing his Manual Release technique with his thumb massage- he did it again this time but as mentioned a bit harder and we believe he inflamed the capsule around the joint. I am in quite a bit of discomfort again and had to have a cortisone shot to alleviate the pain. I think the region is the sacroiliac region since there is NO pain going down the leg at all. Can you recommend the proper type of strengthening and stretches I need to do to heal this area all over again? I do the cat-cow, and the bird dog the hollow body the child pose, and the glute bridge as you have shown. I also do leg abducted rocking and bootstraps for the hammies. I also do the warrior pose and I hang from a chinning bar. But I still have this discomfort in that lower region. Is this something that you think will go away as the inflammation reduces> I have stopped all stretches and exercises because the doctor who did the myofascial release technique said to let it get uninflamed first. What is your best recommendation I really need to get strong and flexible again. By the way, I also do the Asian squat quite well and I was told to stop that as well for the time being. Please advise.. Thank you for listening.
