PCOS stands for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, which is a common hormonal disorder affecting women of reproductive age. It is characterized by a combination of symptoms and hormonal imbalances.

In PCOS, the ovaries may develop small cysts, hence the name “polycystic,” although not all women with PCOS have cysts. The exact cause of PCOS is unknown, but it is believed to involve a combination of genetic and environmental factors.

The primary features of PCOS include:

·Enlarged ovaries

  3. I was already having irregular periods….and because of weight gain and weight loss again and again…i got periods only two time in 5 months …..and actually I stopped doing yogas and always eating food from outside..led me this problems…and this is actually ..my mistake that i let it happened 🙂
