I've gone back through the video to see the mid-face exercise and for some reason I don't feel like I am doing it right. You say to place your index fingers on the corner of your mouth, purse your lips and pull back to create tension. Seems simple enough, but when you demonstrate the exercise, you're using multiple fingers and I don't know what to do after "pursing and pulling" to get back to starting position.
Starting today as well and can already feel the difference. Thanks so much.

I don't understand the cheek one. He says put index finger on corner of mouth but doesn't do that. I don't understand the instructions he then says notice my fingers are on the inside of my cheekbones..where is that? I've watched it about ten times and can't see what the mouth is doing after he purses lips. Sorry!
Gonna have to rewatch this because I can't tell if my fingers are supposed to do the lifting or my face muscles lifting my fingers. And the neck lift just looks like looking up. Am I supposed to be stretching or pursing lips or pushing my chin muscles up? Your descriptions are vague, and I really want these results!

When I do the forehead one, applying some pressure with the fingertips, my forehead is still able to contract (i.e so forehead lines still appear). Isn't that bad, especially if I'm doing this exercise daily for 5-10 times?
What are the best exercises for expression lines on forehead and the one line in between my brows that drives me nuts! From making facial expressions as long as I can remember I try not to make them anymore but little to late
I didnt understand the mouth one with the fingers on either side of the mouth. I just couldnt digure out how the muscles were supposed to be doing somehthing. 😔
I'm so confused. I just came from a YouTuber who is a dermatologist who totally poopoos face yoga. It's so frustrating when people try to negate the effects of exercising the face. I mean, why wouldn't it work? There's muscles in the face as well as the body so it seems obvious it would work.
